1. Shipping Policy

We process and deliver orders exclusively within the United Kingdom. We partner with reliable UK shipping carriers (such as Royal Mail, DPD, and DHL) to guarantee your orders arrive safely and in perfect condition.

Time taken to pack & dispatch after order confirmation (Monday to Saturday).

Transit Time 2-3 business days (Monday to Friday)

Delivery time to your destination address (Monday to Friday).

Order Cutoff Time

Our daily order cutoff time is 2:00 PM GMT (Greenwich Mean Time / London Time). Orders placed after this cutoff time will begin processing on the following business day (Monday to Saturday).

Delivery Address Changes

If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us immediately at support@brillianceofbrazil.com. We can update the delivery address as long as the package has not left our facility. Once dispatched, we cannot reroute packages.

Tracking Your Shipment

Upon dispatch, you will receive a tracking link via email. You can use this link to trace the step-by-step progress of your delivery online.

2. Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind or are unsatisfied with your order, we accept returns within a standard return window.

You have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a return request.

We do not charge any restocking fees on returned items.

Return Shipping Cost Customer Responsible

Unless the item is damaged or incorrect, return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

Return Eligibility & Criteria

To qualify for a refund, items must be returned in their original condition:

  • Unused, unworn, and unwashed.
  • Equipped with all original tags, labels, and hygiene seals attached.
  • Enclosed in the original manufacturer packaging.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact our support team via email at support@brillianceofbrazil.com requesting a return.
2. Provide your order number, name, and reason for returning.
3. We will supply you with our UK warehouse returns address.
4. Package the items securely and ship them to the designated warehouse. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we are not liable for packages lost in transit.

Receiving Your Refund

Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please notify us immediately within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you, and we will cover the return shipping costs.
